The app does not require any type of registration with Anemoi Apps, but it does require the user to maintain a Google Play Store (Android) account to download the application (s).

Additionally, apps can automatically collect other types of information, such as: type of mobile device, user's country, IP address, mobile device's operating system and information on how the app is used.

Do the apps get accurate and real-time information from the device?

The apps do not collect accurate, real-time information about the location of the device at any time.

Can third parties obtain access to the information obtained by the app?

Yes. We can share the information provided by the user or that obtained automatically in the following cases:

• When required by law.
• When we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or in response to a government request.
• With providers who work on our behalf and who have agreed to abide by the rules established in this privacy policy.
• With third-party advertisers and ad networks, as described in the "Automatically Obtained Information" section.

The applications are not used to request data from children under 13 years of age or to market with them. We will remove such information from our files within a reasonable time.
